I can’t say enough good things about HCS Auto Repair. They truly came through for me in an emergency. I was driving my family transit van when a radiator hose suddenly burst and dumped all of my coolant. I was barely able to limp into their shop—and even though they were very busy and I didn’t have an appointment, they took me in. They diagnosed the problem within a couple of hours, explained everything clearly, and ordered the necessary parts right away. These guys are honest and up front with you and don’t want you to pay more than what is needed. I really appreciate that transparency which is hard to find these days. Jordan and Zaine were very thorough and informative when explaining what was going on with my car. 100% recommend

Ever since I fractured my spine a few years ago, it’s obviously a lot harder to change a starter in the parking lot of an auto parts store. Not to mention it’s particularly tricky with my civic, since you have to remove so many things just to get access to the starter. Thankfully, HCS was able to get my car in, and have it changed out within a couple hours. Even let me pick it up the next day since I work overnights. They’re very welcoming, and will get you a quote on their services way before they do them, which is phenomenal. I really do appreciate everything the staff and technicians do there.

Jordan in the front desk has been exceptional. We are visiting from Houston and he went above and beyond to help us with our car that was messed up by a Walmart employee. 10/10 would recommend this place.
