Credence Automotive Repair

We have used Credence for several years with no issue. Today we needed an oil change and, due to a technical glitch, they instead did almost $500 worth of work. This could have been a 1 star review. They did do the work, but we didn't approve it. They could have charged us, but they owned the error, and ate the additional cost. Incredibly grateful for all the work they have done over the years, and the level of integrity they show.

The team at Creedence Automotive Repair was exceptional from start to finish. I came to them in a stressful situation, and their professionalism, clear communication, and honesty made all the difference. Even though I ultimately chose not to repair my vehicle because I decided to trade it in, they still treated me with the same level of care and respect as if I were doing a full service. It’s rare to find a shop that puts integrity first, but Creedence absolutely does. Their transparency and willingness to help, without pressure, made me a lifelong customer. I highly recommend them to anyone needing trustworthy automotive care.
