Todd was amazing!!! We had issues with delivery/installation of our new gas dryer. They were able to come out the day I called and got it installed fast. We are so happy with our experience that we are having them come back to service our mini splits! Great customer service!
As a property manager, Pillar is amazing to work with. They communicate great and are always on time! We will continue to to use them for every job that we can. Definitely recommend!
Pillar has been fantastic to work with. I live out of thier service zone and for a slight up charge they were willing to make an exception and send a Tech to my house. My Tech, Anthony, was outstanding. He took the time to run all his diagnostics, both with his impeccable skill and with the help of a diagnostic tool. After the first visit we have 1 of 2 appliances back up and running. Hopefully with the right part the next appliance will be alive again. Although my only experience is with appliances I will call them for any other issues that might pop up within thier field of work.
