Looks like a great family-owned business but I've been trying to get a hold of them all week. I always call during business hours and get voice mail saying "call back during business hours." I left 2 messages but got no call back. UPDATE 1 week later: They might be out of business?? I wanted to give them a good working oven for free and left my info in a voice mail but ended up taking it to the salvager instead.
Main burner on my range was not working. I called Graves and Tauscha and Mark responded to my issue immediately. They came to my home and quickly found the issue. Tauscha called and kept me informed at all times. The repair cost was very reasonable and Graves provided excellent customer service.
We had our gas dryer repaired by Graves. Their service was amazing... Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem very quickly and charged a very affordable price! I couldn't be happier with this company. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of appliance repairs.
We had our dryer repaired at Grave's and I am over the moon with their service. Diagnostics and repair were prompt and very affordable. They saved us a great deal of money, and recommended a filtration system to prolong the life of our newly repaired dryer.
Loved working with this company. Very professional and personal. They were able to come out the same day even though they originally thought it would be a day or two. It turned out that we didn't need to have a lot of work done to our washer, that something we had put in the washing machine caused the water to simply overflow. That knowledge of theirs saved me a lot of time and money. Also thankful they could put my washing machine back together after I started tearing it apart to find the leak. I'll definitely recommend them and use them again. Happy to have found someone that I'm comfortable with coming into my home.
