I’ve also been an actual user of their tech support, and the experience has been consistently strong. Their response time is excellent, the team is friendly and easy to work with, and communication is clear. Everyone at Guru is professional and very helpful when I contact for support. Their team has a wide range of skill sets and expertise. Luke has spent a lot of time working on our account, setting up our new computers, optimizing our devices and many other extra tasks asked of him. He is very efficient and makes sure to explain things in terms anyone can understand. He also checks back in to make sure the solution worked.
