The Best Customer Service, I have ever experienced. They repaired a zipper on my Samsonite Luggage, under warranty, very quickly. Then I sent them my worn out Aftco Boat Bag, and they added a zipper slider and repaired a rip, turned it around in just a few days! Excellent Customer Service! Ask for Daniel! Jay - Atlanta, GA
Do you miss the way people did business when you were younger? Did you ever think that you had to go overseas to enjoy that experience again? Not so! Peter and Sons (located in Windermere) still do it the old way. They approach their business with hard work, and engage their customers with Genuine human connection. Papa Joe looks you in the eye, and gives your repair (and problems) all of his attention. Be ready to have an experience! Cash is highly recommended π
Peter and Sons did an excellent job repairing my leather flats and leather bucket bag. I had a few leather pieces that needed some repair: a pair of red leather flats which were scuffed on the front tip, and a Staud leather bucket bag that the crossbody strap broke off on the inside. They were able to take my items in and have them returned good as new in a few short days.
The leather bag specifically took a little creativity on their part as the clasp sewn into the interior of the bag, attached with leather, had broken and needed to be replaced. I was a little nervous about how they would be able to fix this issue, but they handed it back to me in perfect condition, fully repaired. They were able to slightly disassemble the interior of the bag and stitch everything back on the outside like nothing ever happened.
Overall, I'm thrilled with their level of customer service and attention to detail. It's great to see a small business thriving on their excellent craftsmanship and helping people repair their belongings instead of constantly replacing them and buying new. I will definitely be back with any leather repairs as they pop up.
Charged $57 for this βrepairβ job. My shoes look exactly the same as when I brought them in. White image is of the shoes before, and thereβs hardly a difference (if any). I actually had to ask if these were already repaired when I picked them up. I was told that I was charged for a heel repair only and that the tip is not salvageable. I wish this wouldβve been communicated to me upfront, so I couldβve taken my business elsewhere. If only the heels were repairable, I wouldβve been happy if an acceptable job was done, but I still need to go somewhere else to get those repaired as well. 0/5.
I sent four Samsonite hard shell suitcases for repairs through the Samsonite store at Orlando International Premium Outlets. Faulty wheel, broken hinges, partly detached pull handle, faulty lock and zipβ¦those bags have withstood tremendous abuse from baggage handlers etc. over the years! Estimated repair time was two to three weeks but to my delight all four suitcases were returned in exactly one week - as good as new and complete with color coded hinges. Truly excellent workmanship!! After personally delivering the suitcases to the Samsonite store I paid $20 per suitcase for shipping and they were delivered to my doorstep in sturdy cartons. My family and I are thankful to have our old faithfuls back. I strongly recommend Peter and Sons and give them 5 huge gold stars!!
