PreferredHome Services was recommended to us by a family member that had been well pleased with their service. We also found this to be the case. Matt came to address a plumbing issue and while he was here he noticed a few other things. One was our dated hot water heater. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Not only did he fix what he came for but he saved us from losing hot water in very cold weather before it actually happened! He was professional, courtesy and punctual. We would definitely call them in the future.
Amazing experience with Preferred Home Services! As a member of their Preferred Partner Plan, I scheduled my included HVAC tune-up and was very impressed. My technician, Caden, was knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, and the receptionist who scheduled my appointment was friendly and helpful. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!
I had trouble getting hot water in the tub while the sink was working fine. The Plumber from Preferred Home Services immediately figured out that the problem is the cartridge. He had all the parts and tools needed so he fixed everything in one appointment. He is resourceful, problem-solver, courteous and he respected my home by wearing protective scrubs over his shoes so he doesn’t get things dirty. I like that. I also like the fact that they accommodated my schedule by coming after I finished work, they work until 8 pm!
Update! They fixed it for us. Restored the closet and put a new, bigger main return in bc they didn’t replace the main one, the first time. Very thankful but still recommend getting hvac done by hvac people
Would give 0 stars if I could. I am just now leaving review for work we had done ab 18 months ago. Was very traumatizing. I was crying the entire time they were installing this (see pics) AFTER they put a hole in our floor, in different bedroom bc that’s where it was originally going to go?? I think the guy upsold us. We did NOT see him again, after he made the sale. POOR COMMUNICATION. I was crying “do we have to?? Do we really need this??” This was the VERY last thing they did, that day. Like, the van had already left w most of the workers. And they did this in less than 30 mins. We now have 2 return vents, the picture being the new. I don’t know why we have two, our 60+ year old house has always been ok with one. We paid 15,000 for ductwork for 1950 square foot house. And my partner just told me “Its going to be 30k if we don’t get it paid off in 15 years” PREDATORY PRICING. PLEASE Get your ductwork done by ductwork people, not people who “have 1000s of positive reviews”.. ya. For like installing a kitchen faucet. I hate that my son’s closet now has fugly exposed ductwork.
