I tried to contact this company many times to have an outlet replaced. I got a confirmation email but no one showed up. When I sent them an email asking if the services were completed they never answered me. If you choose this company, be prepared to get no response.
Our company needed to move the current IT closet to a bigger room to accommodate for growing operations but realized the room didn’t have the outlets and power we required. Charleston Electric was able to install a subpannel for us and minimize our downtime by not having shut off power for the building. Highly recommend this company and will be working with them again for any future work needed.
I like to make my appointments in person when possible for many reason and Charleston Electrical Services met every expectation from the professional receptionist who in a matter of minutes scheduled my job within 4 days, to the electricians (yes 2 of them)who called to tell me they were on the way arriving within minutes. They clearly understood what I needed and went straight to work with the most delightful attitude I have ever experienced. The job was completed to perfection in about 30 minutes!! My brother was an electrician so I know quality service when I see it. Charleston Electrical Service is qualityl Top of the list!!!
I’m giving this two stars and not one because of the fact that came out the same day I called to book an appointment which was great since the electric in the front half of my house went out suddenly. However, the rate per hour is quite high and when their one electrician came, he spent two hours on the service call and could “find nothing wrong.” He then was going to have to come back another day to do work that would be even more expensive. I wanted to get a second opinion and thankfully I did because the new guys I used found the problem within 30 minutes and fixed the problem within a two hour timeframe in the same day and charged half the price (which was way more reasonable!!!).
I had to get some electrical repairs altered and fixed at the entrance to our neighborhood. Others wanted service fees for trouble shooting. Not C.E.S. Johnnie showed up on time with our scheduled appointment. He had the fellows out there immediately and they were done by knock off time. No hidden fees, straight forward service , very professional and reasonable. The electricians were very polite, courteous and experienced. It is nice to be in the company of people that treat you as if they have been your good neighbor forever. I highly recommend the entire staff at C.E.S.
