I love supporting family run businesses, especially those that provide great customer service and fair pricing. I've had Chase treat our house for 3 years now and he is just awesome. He's friendly, communicative, and respectful/thoughtful of our space. Scheduling is also very easy when working with Ray (Chase's father) in that I'm usually able to get booked within the same week if not the week after.

Great experience working Chase (the son of the father-son duo) to rid our garage of rats! He was incredibly respectful and courteous in our space and thorough in his inspection and plan to address the problem. Chase was very communicative about his plan each step of the way and found a creative and effective solution for sealing a tricky space on our garage door where they were getting in. The price felt very fair and included the repairs he did on our garage door (which turned our great!) and all the visits they made until the rats were completely gone. I had the best experience working with Ray Burton. He was so knowledgeable and kind. Having unwelcome small mammals rummaging in your home isn’t a good time for anyone. But working with Ray made the experience seamless and easy. He was efficient and communicated his process thoroughly. As a lover of all animals I was concerned about using poisons or inhumane methods but Ray uses only humane methods and that made me feel better about the whole scenario.
