Jerome and his team recently replaced all of the 1930s galvanized plumbing in my South Hill home, as well as installing a water softener and whole house filter, and did an absolutely incredible job. I had multiple companies out to make bids on the project, and not only was he the most knowledgeable and professional (he noticed things no one else noticed and came up with great work arounds!), he was also the most reasonably priced. Communication was excellent, he was willing to listen to exactly what I wanted, even when it was more difficult/labor intensive for him and his team, and the job was done really well. I even got some tips about possibilities for ceiling finishing in the basement, and ideas about HVAC possibilities for the future. Overall, I can’t recommend this company enough, and I am so grateful I searched the r/Spokane subreddit for other options before going with one of the other local plumbing companies. I will absolutely be using Peck Plumbing and Heating for any future plumbing needs.

I went with them instead of whatever low rated contractor Lowe’s uses in remove/install water heaters and would highly recommend their work. In fact, I was so appreciative of the quality of work and professionalism that I was willing to wait several more weeks to get a water softener installed (in addition to having piping bypassed in the crawl space so softened water wouldn’t be going to the outdoor bibs) that I refused another contracting company’s attempt to poach the labor and match price. They were in frequent contact with me through any delays or questions or concerns. I probably wouldn’t be contacting them for emergency plumbing work because they are so busy, which hopefully speaks to the quality of their work, but would absolutely contact them again for a planned project. Additionally, their rates seemed more than fair especially for the quality and care.

These guys have been absolutely fantastic to work with and I recommend them to everyone I know. I live in the Valley so I know they service the whole area. They were recommended through Holliday (who we also trust) for the install of our tankless water heater; their prices were extremely fair and their crew was great to work with. They have since come to help me with drains, clogs, spigots and leaks — I never have to wait too long to get on their schedule thanks to their awesome employee Jenna and their guys have always been quick, efficient and so, so kind. Most recently, I noticed a leak right above our electric panel — on Friday night of course… I disconnected everything but, since I’m not a plumber, I still wanted to get someone out since even I know that water+electricity=bad. I called all of the local 24hr companies and was either completely ghosted or told this wasn’t an emergency. I called Peck, left a message and they got me on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Never thought I’d reach the stage in life where I have a favorite plumber but here we are. Here's a picture of one of their guys showing my kitten the ropes lol
