I paid for cleaning the screen protector on my Otter box Defender case for my Galaxy s7. The technician who did the work suggested he remove the screen protector and I agreed. I watched him remove the protector using a hot air gun. Besides the screen protector he also removed part of the case when I wasn't looking and now the covers on the case for the headphone and power jacks will no longer close. I called him and he denied doing it. I do not recommend his services to anyone.

They were very helpful and nice to work with. I would definitely recommend you come here with all your phone issues. They only charged $65 when my friend's phone's charging port stopped working and it wasn't detecting his sim card. Now his phone works like new!!
