Cole's Plumbing

I called Cole’s with an urgent plumbing need for and they were out to help us within an hour — and it was a Monday! Their people are the best, from Brian who answered the phone to Aaron who came to our rescue, they were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We are senior citizens who really appreciated the more than reasonable fee to solve our problem. And, they will be send us a quote to do some work for us in the spring. We HIGHLY recommend Cole’s Plumbing!

I was overall quite happy with the work we had done - with one caveat. Right from the start, I was impressed at how conscientious and careful the guys were. They really wanted to understand what I was looking for, and they patiently helped educate me on my options. This was the #1 reason I ended up selecting them. They actually came out a second time just to make sure they had accurately evaluated what needed to be done. Adam was my main point of contact, and he proved himself to be professional, friendly, communicative, and a great lead for the team. My one frustration from the company was that job scope was not clearly articulated. My quote from them was based on a quote from another provider, which described the included work in detail. I understood that I was being quoted for the exact same work, however actually the scope was being reduced and this was not communicated to me (which I do believe was a simple oversight). So I ended up having to pay more for additional work that I thought was fully included. Of course remodel work can reveal unknown issues, but this was something clearly mentioned in my previous quote so did not seem like a new discovery. All that said, the team was respectful and understanding about the issue and priced me fairly for the added work. In summary: a great team of polite and friendly professionals.

We had a well pressure tank system and toilet plumbing issue over the weekend. No water for a day and a half. We have worked with Cole’s Plumbing before and they were awesome. We called them first thing Monday morning and they were out fixing the problem within an hour and a half. Adam and Mike picked up parts on the way to our house and they had water back on super fast. They are very nice and professional to work with. We truly appreciated their help. I would highly recommend Cole’s Plumbing to anyone.
