I have been a member for near ten years now. From ITOK to BASK the service has been wonderful. Minor shift from small company to a much larger one, however, the service has not been affected. I love to use my computers and don't care much for fixing them to make use of them. I already know more than I want or need to about them and appreciate the folks that take over when I need help. BASK has provided me the support and comfort in knowing they are there for me. As I stated I love to use my computers for applications I require and do not have any desire to fix and or find the problems that occur from time to time.
