I was skeptical at first thinking that this might be some sort of scam but i am so far pleasantly surprised. The young lady i talked to was very polite, easy to understand, and seemed knowledgeable. It was very convenient for me to have someone repair the faults on my computer without having to schedule an appointment and then waiting a week to get it back. So far so good! I will not hesitate to use their services again.
A memor of the IT crew telephoned me and suggested that they review my computer and make some changes because I was having difficulty with an email account. The woman who called me and got access to my computer identified the problem immediately. I was impressed with her knowledge and suggestions she made. The technician who called me after the computer was fixed was also knowledgeable and responded like a professional. It was a good experience for me dealing with this group of IT professionals. Doug

I had a very pleasant experience with the 2 young men that helped me through this process. They did a great job of explaining to me what to expect and pointing out the malware that was on my computer. They were both courteous and very helpful.
