This business is a hidden gem. The staff are super friendly, professional and skilled. They let me work in the front of their reception area while they repaired my phone, and I saw them interact with several customers while I waited. Every single one of left satisfied. Not only that, but I saw them provide on the spot services for problems that were easy fixes (i.e. cleaning charging ports, showing someone how to remove a SIM card in preparation for travel overseas, etc.) without charging anything. I will not hesitate to come back here if I am having a problem with my phone. I cannot recommend them enough.

I received fantastic service from the knowledgeable technician at Bad Apple in Orem! I needed data transferred from a damaged phone to a new phone. The technician went out of his way to be kind and helpful. My new phone was ready to go within a couple of hours. I am so grateful! I highly recommend this store.

They were friendly, honest, and communicative! I will definitely be coming back if I have any other troubles in the future. My phone's power button stopped working several days ago after being faulty for the past few months and, foolishly forgetting that this was the case, I shut it off. None of the tricks online helped me turn it back on, so I went in and they offered to give it a look to see if they could turn it on. An hour later, they were able to turn it back on and ended up fixing the power button at no extra cost; it's as good as new.

I came in needing a battery replacement and was attended by Corbin and he was so helpful really was such a nice person and amazing help if the owner sees this he should definitely consider giving him a raise. We don’t see customer service like that these days will definitely be back for any future repairs
