My desktop gave me the infamous 'Power surge on USB port' message and quit working. Integrated Technology helped me reset the computer with downloading from the cloud, and charged me a bench fee only. He runs the computer repair shop with integrity and honesty. He speaks in a friendly tone also.

Worker was very kind and honest about the condition of my printer. We put in the ink cartridge backwards and couldn't take it out no matter what we did. These guys helped fix it within a day, and then explained how our printer would work afterwards. I appreciated their work, price range, and help! Thank you!!!
I have brought my printers here numerous times over the years and am always impressed by the professional, honest, and quick work. My Dell multifunction laser printer died and over the phone he guessed at the power supply being the culprit. After his initial work he verified that we needed to replace it, got the part and had the printer back to me within the week. Truly good people!
