When Busy Beez arrived to Deep Clean my house I didn’t have great expectations because of how reasonable their prices were. Was I ever surprised to find my house sparkling clean. Let me backtrack. When I tried to contact Busy Beez my call was answered the first time and I spoke with a real human being! Regina was knowledgeable and thorough. I had a cleaning date in less than a week. Monique arrived early and started cleaning. Immediately. Her attention to detail was amazing. When cleaning counterttops, she didn’t clean around items. When she cleaned windowsills she lifted the flower pots, cleaned, and replaced the pots instead of wiping around them. She had my ceiling fans, light fixtures, baseboards and blinds “brand new clean”. My laminate floors shone. Their lines of communication are excellent. Monique cleaned everything Ihat I had discussed with Regina. She even cleaned things I had forgotten to mention. Monique was easy to understand. The moment Monique left, I was on the phone scheduling my first biweekly cleaning. Ofcourse, I asked for Monique. Busy Beez cleaned yesterday and once again the quality of the cleaning was beyond being satisfactory . This time when I called the office it was to set up permanent biweekly cleanings.
