Palm Tree Tech Center

My wife's PC recently stopped working and after some limited troubleshooting on my part, I took it to Andrew (owner) at Palm Tree Tech. Andrew was able to quickly determine that the boot drive died. For a very reasonable price, he installed a new drive along with the operating system and my wife is happy again. Also, Andrew is a very nice guy and very customer focused along with being one of the smartest people that I have ever met and I retired out of the Aerospace Industry and have an engineering degree. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Andrew and Palm Tech.

Well - this is an ongoing saga... Dropped off a laptop on 9/16/24 to repair a screen. Called 10/8/24 for a status update - had to leave a message. No word. Called 10/21/24 and had to call a few times to reach a person. Told the screen (2 ordered) arrived broken and/or incorrect. They would be reordered and repaired - it would take a couple weeks. Called again today - 12/4/24 - told the screen had not been ordered and no work done on the laptop. NOW the screen will be reordered and maybe arrive 12/12/24. 3 months with ZERO communication except a text message with the ticket # unless I call enough times to speak to a human and ZERO completed repairs.
