We have used Net Works for over 6 years at our coworking space here on Fentress (the Foundry). Like many businesses, any "down time" is incredibly hard to deal with and thanks to Net Works, we have experienced very little, and really, none as a result of their work. They have worked hard to improve our network here, thoughtfully adding access points, etc. Very smart bunch down there on Beach Street. We're fans.
Dustin took fine care of my walk-in problem on my HP laptop and I definitely will come back and will refer others to "net works inc"!! Thank you and we'll do business again in the future!!
The entire Net Works team was super friendly, helpful, and kind in helping me with a friend's gaming PC that badly needed cleaning. Jason from the team went above and beyond to ensure the PC was running as good as new and it looked spotless - absolutely spectacular service. My friend was overjoyed to have his PC back running smoothly. I'd return to them any time for personal or business IT service; it's clear they're running a top-notch operation across the board.
