Be sure to get exact pricing upfront if phone has to be shipped off to a 3rd party to be repaired. I couldn’t get a straight answer when I asked for the price upfront even tho he assumed what the issue was, however, I made it perfectly clear that if the repair would be $200+ that I’d rather get a new phone. Surprise surprise I paid $30-$40 just for him to open it and look at it in-store then another $176+ to get it back after repairs. Once the 3rd party got the device and the entire 3 weeks they had it not once did they call and tell me what was wrong with the device nor did they ask if I was okay paying $200+ for said repairs. Called ahead verified cost, came and left within 20 minutes with OLED screen. Service , turnaround, and quality were great. Much better people and parts compared to “ifixscreens” in Daytona.
