CompuSys was incredibly helpful, kind, courteous, and great with communication in trying to help with my issue. I did not get the gentleman's name who mainly helped me (the owner, maybe?) but he was very diligent in providing thorough customer service and in explaining any steps that they were taking in order to help recover my hard drive. Unfortunately, they were not able to recover my data in-house (it was a deeper mechanical issue that the hard drive would have to be mailed out for), but I definitely recommend CompuSys and will consider them a go-to service for any IT-related problems in the future.
