Hail Mary! π Joe is fantastic! I found myself in a tough spot after my phone was run over and completely destroyed. I reached out to Joe on January 26th, and even on short notice, he was able to give me three different options for retrieving my contacts and files, along with estimated time frames. I chose the same-day option, which involved transferring my mother board to another phone of the exact same model. The prices were fair for the convenience and peace of mind. The team is very knowledgeable, and their customer service is excellent. Joe was both informative and friendly. I would recommend this place a hundred times over!
I needed to stop in as my phone would not charge. I was in town for a family emergency. I read the reviews and decided to stop in. The gentleman behind the counter was wonderful. He took an air hose and blew out the bottom of the phone. The phone started to charge . He had a couple suggestions on a better cord for the phone. It was wonderful, he did not charge for the service and advise. Great service, I recommend this business to anyone.
I called Joe after my daughterβs phone stopped working and 3 locations in port orange did not have the part. Joe had the part in stock and had her phone fixed in less than 7 minutes. Excellent customer service!
I went here a couple of months ago to have my iPad screen replaced. It was worth it because if I wanted to buy a new iPad, it wouldβve been more money, but more than that I would have to upload everything, etc. what a pain I just did that with my iPhone. I have to say I use a lot of the local businesses around here and this business is definitely one of the more professional, accommodating, and honest businesses in the area. I met Joe, who fix the screen? It was absolutely beautiful. I wanted to wait a couple of months for the review because I wanted to see how everything electronically would work and itβs perfect. Not only that, but Joe was honest and when I told him that I wanted to buy a keyboard that fit in the case and a protection case, he said itβs so happens that they are running a special if you spend over $200 which I did it was like $238.that there is a promotion by hot life, for a protective cover along with a wireless keyboard. I was definitely impressed, I will be sending everybody here that I know that has any repairs, etc., on their computers. I work two places of business in the area, a hospital and University .Thank you again, Joe, and also, thank you for the follow up call which I received about three weeks later asking about if the service was good. I had a Manager call and ask if everything had been satisfactory. I would say it is hundred percent
satisfactory.
