The most affordable bid!!! I received two other bids, but one was aggressive and wanted me to upgrade everything, while the other didn’t even come to take a look and just quoted me a lot of money from what I had described. I’m so glad I reached out to Troy and his company. They came out on time, took a look at the problem, and found solutions without trying to upsell me on unnecessary upgrades. Troy was knowledgeable and explained how things work and what could be causing the problem. His team arrived promptly on the scheduled date and worked efficiently to fix the issue within an hour. They were respectful of my home and even removed their shoes. I highly recommend Pacific Home Electric. I highly recommend Troy and his crew for any electrical work you may need done. Cory, Ethan and Troy went above and beyond to help me with a doorbell issue. I had a Skybell doorbell video camera installed by ADT. Shortly after it was installed the door chime inside would ring incessantly until we disconnected the door chime. We had ADT come out to replace the doorbell video camera and they recommended we change our transformer and our inside door chime. Which we did, but the phantom non-stop ringing continued. I reached out to Nextdoor to find someone to help us with this issue. Troy contacted me the same day I posted and set up an appointment to have his crew take a look. Cory and Ethan did an amazing job troubleshooting the issue and everything tested correctly before they left and the doorbell seemed to be good. A couple of hours later the door chime started dinging non-stop again. I texted Troy the next day and let him know. He said he would work on a solution and a couple of hours later he contacted me and said he found a part that would most likely fix the problem. He just needed to order it and come out to install it and see if it would fix the issue. He came out today and installed the chip and checked everything thoroughly and its fixed!!! He truly went above and beyond for us, to research the problem and find a solution for our possessed doorbell issue. We had ADT and others tell us good luck and to keep replacing things we already replaced. Troy didn't just accept the status quo, and he truly cared about helping us resolve the problem. We and our 3 dogs are incredibly grateful to Troy and his crew at Pacific Home Electric.
