I can’t recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, their communication was clear, prompt, and proactive — which was especially important since I live in Portland, OR, and the work was done at my son’s property in Renton, WA. The job was no small task: the shop roof was in terrible shape, and they also tackled a massive wasp nest lodged inside the shop door. The driveway, walkway, house roof, everything was terribly neglected. The work took longer than expected, but they honored their original quote without hesitation — a true mark of integrity. They went above and beyond by sending additional photos and advice for areas around the driveway to pass to the landscaper to help extend its life. Their proactive, long-term approach really stood out. Payment options were transparent, with clear explanations about credit card fees and alternatives via Venmo or Zelle. In fact I chose them specifically because of the detailed bid that was provided. Talon even offered to pass along a tip to the crew on my behalf, which was a thoughtful touch as I'm in Portland. Professional, honest, and thorough — if you need roof, gutter, or driveway cleaning, these guys were great. You won’t regret it.
