First, I was impressed that I got same day service! I filled out the online request on a Saturday and was ready to phone right away on Monday and I got a call from Overhead before they were open! That was impressive! Next, Jerry was the person that came to repair our four and he was super! He quickly analyzed the damage and set immediately into the pair! He had all of the needed parts and quickly repairs the damage. Jerry not only repairs the door but then checks all parts of the door, lubricates the moving parts and gives me advice on what should do later. We have a double garage but with two doors. Jerry, also does preventative service to that door! Jerry was an outstanding representative for Overhead Door and I am Very pleased with the operation if the company!!
