Fargo Garage Floors & Doors

My experience with Jeremy Hoefs and Fargo Garage Floors & Doors was nothing short of phenomenal. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality product with quality customer service. My garage door had broken down and was completely non-functional. This all happened after work on a Friday. I did a quick search of companies that might be able to help, and did a call a couple other companies first. They did not seem too enthused to lend their help at almost 5pm on a Friday. I called Jeremy and he answered his phone after hours, and offered to come take down the door the next morning on Saturday. He arrived promptly and took down my 18' x 8'9" door by himself, sawed each panel away from the hardware, and then nailed each panel back to the garage frame so I would have a barrier while my new door was being made. My door happened to be a custom, over-sized door, so he had to customize a door for me. He was transparent with his assessment and pricing. Jeremy is very personable, and kept me updated on the status of my garage. Once it was ready, it was delivered and installed by his team in just a couple hours. They completely tore down my old door and hardware, and installed everything brand new. Jeremy and his team at Fargo Garage Floors & Doors made what was initially a nightmare as a new-ish homeowner into a very positive experience, and I am very thankful to have worked with them.
