Had several warning lights pop up on my car at once which concerned me. They were able to get me in right away and luckily a straight forward fix. They offered up Uber rides so I could keep on with my day while my car was being worked on. They were quick and provided top notch customer service! Highly recommend!
I had gas on the garage floor behind the left rear wheel of my Avalon. I was able to get an appointment the next day. They quickly diagnosed the issue. I'm very happy with the work they did. They called before they took anything apart and they told me ahead of time what they thought it would cost. They charged me less than the estimated cost. I thought the verbal and written communication was excellent. I'll be a repeat customer.
Best place in town. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to get an inspection, only took about 20 minutes and it was FREE 🙏 I was so thankful, turns out my wheel bearing was loose, my CV axel seal was torn, and I had a headlight out. I was able to get in the next morning on Thursday and they had it completely finished in less than 4 hours. They offered me a ride to pick up my truck and all in all just a 10/10 experience. Everyone was so kind, so helpful and I’m so grateful and thankful for this place I will always go back here if I ever need in the future. My truck sounds like it used to and feels great and I’m not worried about my wheel falling off anymore! I can’t Rave enough about this place they are seriously hands down so amazing and you can tell they really care and want to help as best they can! Thank you guys so much! ❤️
Brought my Sierra in for rough shifting. The transmission needed to be replaced at 268,000 miles. Had new tires and rear shocks installed while it was there. Great people to work with. Quoted costs were accurate upon pickup and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Happy with it after getting it back. Will look to them for our future service work.
Had such a great experience with Noah and the Fix It Forward Team. I was traveling home and needed to make sure my car was ready for the trip, and they were able to get me in for a full inspection right away. Noah made the whole experience smooth and straightforward. He walked through each part of the inspection and helped me understand the priorities.
