Dion was extremely helpful and did great work on my garage door repair. He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing garage door service!
I had trouble with my garage door for 3 days and spent countless hours trying to research and fix it on my own. I finally threw in the towel and called Twin City. Within 3 hours the technician, Dion S, showed up and after a quick inspection, fixed my door while explaining what he was doing. He also took the time to teach me a few things and replaced a cable that a previous repair company overlooked. Im more than happy with the service I received at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Had a service call for my garage door which was backed into. Dion was the service tech, did a great job fixing it and also explaining the next steps for myself and my family. Even reprogrammed a garage door opener that I hadn't got around to setting up! He's the best.
We called TCGD one morning before work when we couldn't get the garage door to work. Both the person they spoke to on the phone and the friendly technician who arrived within an hour or so (out in lakes country) were pleasant and knowledgeable. They installed new springs in no time at all - we recommend them for their friendly and swift service.
