Great service from the company! Our technician Peter was an absolute gentleman and professional. He diagnosed the issue with our wadi by machine within 5 minutes and then proceeded to correct the issue just as easily, getting us back to working again without needing any further delays or needing to order parts. They were wonderful to work with and easily accommodated my schedule. I’d recommend Pete’s to anyone needing appliance services!!!
Pete was very professional and polite and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue with our washing machine. He was in and out efficiently, made sure everything was working properly before he left, and was great to work with overall. I would definitely recommend him and would call Pete again for any future household repairs.
Pete was great at fixing our dishwasher issues. We've had him come over twice for 2 different issues with this 2 yr old dishwasher & he did a great job both times. Very reasonably priced as well. We were very pleased & will use his services in the future.
Very polite and quiet, easy to work with and did a good job. He diagnosed my issues quickly, did the repairs he could, and was done.
Pete did a great job assessing and repairing our washing machine. He was great with communication, providing a 2 hour window of which he arrived within. Diagnosis on the first day, then was able to repair in 48 hours. Pete is professional and respectful. We would call Pete again!!
