LEGACY PLUMBING & HEATING

Tyler Smith was our plumber from Legacy today. He was called to put a new cartridge in our flushmate Kohler toilet in our guestroom, replace our garbage disposal with a new upgrade disposal, and removed an icemaker and pipes on an inside exterior wall. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and tidy. We were totally satisfied and happy with the prompt service today. Tyler is welcome to take care of the plumbing needs in our home when we have more issues.

Courtney answered my call before the first ring finished and was AMAZING! She was friendly, reassuring, and informative. No matter what Legacy is paying her, its not enough. Jaydon was at my house within a couple hours. He explained what was going on with my furnace and walked me through a few options for repair; including cost associated with each option. He had my furnace fixed much faster than I expected. Overall it was a great experience!
