Scheduled them to come to my elderly Moms house to rewire an opener and service another door. Showed up right on time and did an absolutely wonderful job. The guy (sorry I forgot his name) was great and was really nice to my Mom. Best service experience I have had in a long time!!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Driving down Main St in Sanford just past Walmart where it merges I witnessed one of your truck drivers blatantly refuse to zipper merge with a much smaller sedan in the lane next to it and then proceed to run him off the road until the sedan was finally able to pull in behind him. Not a great first impression of your company if you ask me. BIG yikes. Some chats clearly need to be had with your team about road etiquette and not making you guys look REALLY bad.

The technicians are amazing - Very responsive. However, I would not recommend installing any LiftMaster brand. (No warranty for this) Brand not working - when the temperature is below 18° the LED indicator seemed to shut off.. That means you have to get out of your car go in your house close the garage door. Go back out of your house in 18 degrees or less.. THE ENTIRE POINT OF HAVING A GARAGE staying in your car so you don’t slip and fall when there’s portable conditions outside.
Fantastic service! The two techs were Great! DTM ( Dan The Man) and Nevil. Showed up ahead of schedule and Fixed everything. Checked both doors. And my remote.I had one door with broken springs . They checked all rollers and pulleys. Works great now! Dan fixed remote also. Excellent value. Very quick , professional and courteous. I highly recommend them. Ask for DTM!! He knows what he’s doing. Dave B
