I'm happy to add another 5 star review for Griffin Door Service. Sam was responsive, professional, resourceful, and knowledgeable in his trade. He completely replaced 2 old single doors with brand new Haas doors and I couldn't be more impressed with his efficient and detail-oriented work. Highly recommend!
Sam took my call and scheduled me for garage door motor replacement extremely fast. He completed the job on time and on budget, and corresponded with me following the installation regarding questions I had. Very professional, pleasant to work with, and does great work. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Griffen Door Service. Sam (owner) is awesome. Fair price and fantastic, quick work. Needed a new motor, springs, and cables. Sam came by the morning after I called to give a quote and I loved the price and timeline. Every other contractor I spoke to said they could not repair the door and only replace the whole system for much more. Sam took a good look at everything and was very confident we could keep our big wooden door and repair the mechanism for a better price. The door motor, new spring, cables, and alignment were done by the next morning. Cannot recommend Griffen Door Service enough.

I should be writing a 5-star review for my client too, for their recommendation of such a highly professional company as Griffin Door Service. Sam was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, arrived on time to discuss the project, and provided valuable pricing options and considerations. He had my old battered garage door out (price included removal/disposal), and the new garage door installed in less time than it would have taken me to get my own tools out, no doubt bang and bleed my knuckles, and probably scream in frustration, had I tried to DIY. Sam returned about 3 months later, for a slight adjustment (standard procedure after an install). Which speaks highly of his “service after the sale”. All he asked for in return was a smile and handshake. I couldn’t be more happy or more impressed with my experience.
