Our entire experience with Precision was great! They are professional, responsive, on-time, and very friendly. Blaine came out for the consultation and Seth did the installation. We had our garage door and track/cables replaced. We are very pleased and recommend them highly!
Great experience. Garage door wouldn’t close and they were able to send their technician out that same day. Brandon came out and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to replace the cables and make sure door closed properly. Price paid was about half of what I was originally quoted!
Very few companies exist these days that do what they say they are going to do. Justin B. arrived early, presented the options and did an outstanding job fixing my mess of a door. But, the incredible part... I called them at 8:30am and they were onsite at 9:30am the same day. Great service, great results, great people. Well done!
The garage door wouldn’t shut using the clicker or using my program in the car. I got an appointment very quickly and the whole system was inspected thoroughly. We discussed partial options on my at least 10 year old system and I decided the safest was to replace the whole system. The installers were super helpful, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. I will certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for help with garage door openers.
