I can't say enough goods things about this company. I had two other quotes. They were not even close. One of them was not very professional. With this company I had great communication, and they did a great job! A friend told me to call this company, because he also had a great experience! Thanks guys!

After leaving a phone message, I received a call the next day, but I had booked another service. At the end of that service, door damage was noted (that occurred over a long time). They did not return my call, and as the cost was already >$1000, I decided to call Rob Gagne. He “stopped in to assess the damage” and then fixed it. He also placed the top bar correctly which was misplaced at the time of purchase (prior owner). He was surprised at what I paid and I will leave it at that. In short, he takes pride in his work, is professional and knowledgeable, and honest. He also replaced my remote control batteries. what a guy!

Rob was very prompt in getting back to me about replacing my garage door. They should up and were quick with the installation. They did a great job and he was very reasonably priced.

Rob was able to fix a broken cable on my overhead garage door within days of calling him for a fair price. I’d definitely recommend him to others and won’t hesitate to contact him again if I have any other issues.
