We could not have been more happy with our experience in getting new quartz kitchen counters. I was dreading what I expected would be a drawn out process, but our counters were installed in less than two weeks from when we first stepped foot in the store and picked them out. Jenn was patient as we walked through the warehouse to find our perfect piece. She even took the time with me to tape off what parts of the slab caught my eye. The install was done quickly, and everyone we dealt with was super helpful and professional. I would never even shop counters anywhere else and would highly recommend Surface Creations of Maine!

I have to say, at 71, and after spending 40 years as a contractor, Surface Creations is the absolute finest company I have done business with! From their office staff, to the fabricators and installers, they are the most professional and easy to work with company I have yet experienced! In the office, Jennifer is professional, warm and cordial, and extremely helpful in her attention to detail and working out scheduling and ordering challenges!! What a gem! Their installers, like Chris, are professional and diligent; paying tremendous attention to detail and perfection. They often work multiple installations in one day, and it’s not unusual for them to get back to the shop in the late evening hours! Their tremendous work ethic in today’s culture is the exception, not the norm… Congratulations to a great company… I would highly recommend them to anyone desiring excellence in product and workmanship!!

We had an excellent experience with Surface Creations of Maine. Their employees were timely, professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. That applies to every phase of the job. From the day they tore out our old countertop, through the templating process, and the actual installation. The installation was done beautifully, with a seam that can hardly be seen. I highly recommend surface creations of maine. Their employees were very helpful at every point along the way.

We worked with McCormack Building Supply and they connected us with Surface Creations of Maine. We had got minimal information from Supplier and our Contractor about process and told we did not need to be present for template. Nate was our template connection and called about 20 minutes prior to arrival and mentioned would be good to meet so could update him on potential questions. Nate pointed out numerous items and we were not completely ready and unexpected items came up, he gave me some time to make calls and create actions as he went along with templating other areas. We appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond along with his patience to keep project on the schedule, we are in the 11th hour of the move. Next call was Chris on the installation, gave me a 20 minutes heads up on being on site for install with crew. Chris and Team completed the install, we were away but Contractor sent some pictures of progress. Install was complete and when they started to finish some areas, they noticed some imperfections in couple areas and these were hard to see with the normal eye, they removed the tops in couple of areas, i got an afternoon call from Jen informing us that these imperfections needed to be corrected and they were also not happy with one of the radius on another area and felt this also needed to be taken back out and some repairs made at shop. Jen filled me in on this late in the afternoon of the Friday before Labor Day weekend. Chris also reached out to let me know office would be in touch. Tuesday morning after Labor Day now, Jen has reached back out and working to make the adjustments at the shop and will be returning for the final steps in days. Very pleased to do business with this Team at Surface Creations of Maine, the people we dealt with were all top notch, friendly, helpful, and with our move in date being this week, they fully understood and were planning and communicating best actions and time to complete. I highly recommend this Team and was very impressed with our overall experience. Thanks Kevin & Lisa, appreciate the quality control and commitment to meet difficult time lines.
