Door Services, INC is a solid company, with super staff. Unfortunately, I found myself in an untimely "garage situation" on a Sunday morning that needed same day (weekend day) solution. Fortunately, Door Services has an active, timely and professional response process and team. **Thanks Bob! Firstly, they answered the phone, positively responding to my request for service and got to my garage earlier than scheduled (yes, not later, but earlier). The work was completed efficiently, without any issues and with minimized cost to me as it was an unplanned, unbudgeted item for me. I most strongly recommend Door Services for any and all door services.

We were in the market for new garage doors. The 1st local company I spoke to told me they would have someone call me back...which no one ever called...When I went to DSI they also told me they would have a sales rep call me. Within a few days I was contacted and appointment was made for an estimate. The tech for the estimate was going to be a little late, but he called to let me know. We did order the doors and everything was done so professionally from follow-up from Ted to let me know status and installation date to the actual installation. We could not be happier with everyone involved and more importantly the look of the new garage doors. What a difference!! Thank you Ted and all involved for such great service! I would highly recommend DSI to anyone looking to replace their garage doors..
