I Had my LR4 cooling system looked at due to a low coolant warning. They renovated the system from the OE plastic pipes, tubes, and flanges to aluminum. I thought they were very fair on the parts, labor, and time it took for the work to be completed. I Also, had them replace my parking brake actuator and shoes, and again I thought the cost was very fair for parts and labor. Due to some previous work done by a previous owner, the shoes weren't fitting correctly. I had to bring it back due to some scraping noises coming from the parking brake, and they immediately put it back on the rack to begin troubleshooting. They were able to diagnose where the noise was coming from and fixed the issue. They were patient and I truly felt they were invested in providing the best service. If I ever need additional work in the future, I will definitely bring it back to Charleston Import Automotive. Their customer service is A+, and their service is top notch! These guys are top notch! If you have a British automobile that needs work, this is the place to bring it. I originally reached out to them online via their website and Darryl responded back with a text very quickly. I wanted them to install an after market exhaust system on my 2022 Jaguar F-TYPE R, which they did a great job with. My technician, Terry, clearly knew his stuff and was very pleasant to speak with. He treated my car as if it was his own. While Terry was working on my car, Darryl spent at least an hour researching a part I needed and finally tracked it down, which was no easy task. Great detective skills, Darryl! Everyone I spoke with at Charleston Import Automotive was so nice. Their prices are very fair and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. How fair? The estimate my local Jaguar dealer gave me was literally 4 times higher. I couldn’t have been happier with how they treated me and my car. Thank you, Darryl and Terry. I’ll be back. As a side note, I live an hour and 45 minutes away! There are many shops closer, but none better.
