Olin's Auto Service | Full Service Mechanics in Milton, WI

I have pretty much given up hope finding a reliable and trustworthy Mechanic, then I moved out to Milton and gave Olin’s a chance, Am I Thankful I did. I despise working on cars but I’ve recently been forced into doing so. (For lack of honest and reliable mechanics doing work) I completely trust the guys at Olin’s. I think of Nick as a family friend at this point, with him lifting the load off of fixing my several children’s vehicles, my parents and my own personal “fleet” of vehicles. I try to send anyone I talk to about cars to Olin’s, even my family who travel as far from union grove to Milton to take advantage of my great find in Olin’s! Thank you all at Olin’s, you all are truly appreciated!

TL: DR Version: Awesome shop, reasonably priced, trustworthy. Nick went above and beyond when my Lexus transmission decided it was not going to behave any longer. I was on a road trip and was very worried about finding someone I could trust to handle the repair in ethical manner, without feeling like Chevy Chase in Vacation. He got the car towed in quickly, well diagnosed and back to me in a very reasonable timeframe. It was the little things that truly set them apart. His comfortable waiting room has a fridge full of sodas/water bottles and tray full of snacks. The restroom was spotless and not at all what I expected for a typical mechanic's shop. The shop itself was clean, well-lit, and everything was in its place. All the employees I ran into were very courteous, patient, and polite. This all speaks to a great culture which starts at the top and made for a great experience there. Great job Nick and crew. Can't recommend them highly enough!!

Over the last few months, my family has had more than a few car issues on multiple cars. Nick has consistently helped us, communicated clearly and honestly, and even advised us on what would make the most sense for our family (even if it meant not getting our business due to financial constraints). We will not be going elsewhere for any other auto needs. They've earned our business for as long as we're living in the area. Top notch customer service, quality work, and total transparency. That's what it's all about.

I have had my vehicles serviced here for a few years and it has always been a great experience. I have had a variety of maintenance services performed by this facility including: oil changes, tire rotations, brake, transmission and suspension service. Nick and Dan are always professional and friendly and will take time to explain the technicians diagnosis and inspection report while prioritizing the repairs for you. They always communicate service progress and recieve authorization before performing repairs. They are a very honest and ethical repair facility that I would recommend to anyone.
