Called on a Thursday afternoon about our pressure tank and spoke to Ed. He was extremely helpful and explained what the issue could be. Stated he would have a tech out as soon as he could. Tech (Jordan) came the next day and had the issue fixed quickly. Explained everything to me as well. Excellent customer service! Thanks!
Great job guys! Scott and his helper were awesome! They did the job and as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Mike and Rob installed our new well outside of Salmon, Idaho this past week. They were great to work with and very professional. The well ended up being much deeper than we thought (over 500 feet), but they found the water that we needed! Brittany and Jerry were also great to work with, and they were very helpful on the phone. O'Keefe was quick to get scheduled for the project, and they were much less expensive than the drillers in the Idaho Falls region. I have already referred several other customers and suggest anyone looking for a well in Western Montana or Eastern Idaho to give them a call.
