Unbelievable amazing experience I had bought a ps5 off someone I knew and was told it needed a HDMI replacement I assumed that was all so I brought it in to Ohio Valley Tech Solutions llc and they said they could fix it. I left it with them and got a honest call about a half hour later, they informed me that the person I bought this ps5 had tried a self repair on it (pics below) it was horrible attempt I could tell just by looking at it they told me it would cost a little more if they could fix it and I had almost no hope, but low and behold they called about 3 hours later and said they got it all fixed up and I was so surprised this is the best service I’ve had I truly 100% recommend this place! I was reccommended Ohio Valley Tech Solutions LLC when my gaming PC stopped powering on. I reached out to them on social media and they were so nice and talked me through the steps of getting my PC worked on. I walked in today thinking I would leave my PC with them for a few days to work on, when in reality, they started trouble shooting the issue right away with me there. Not only did they find the issue, but were able to fix it on the spot and have me in and out within 30 minutes. They truly know what they are doing, and you can tell they enjoy their work! I didnt think my PC would be salvagable, but they blew me away and had it right as rain. They are friendly, communicate the process, and are more than fairly priced! I highly recommend OVTS for all your technical needs. They are fast, friendly, and easy on your wallet. Shawn was quick to diagnose my pc issue and offered a solution within my price point. I was expecting the need to travel to Pittsburgh or beyond for the type of service rendered. I was more than surprised to find this level of expertise in my own back yard!
