He immediately fixed my computer in less than a minute and at no charge as soon as I walked in. He provided some helpful information as well on how to self diagnose and troubleshoot PC repair issues going forward. Do not waste your time and money at Best Buy or Geek Squad, I tried three times to talk to someone and was never able to get an acknowledgment. Ryan and the Computer Stop are very experienced and true experts at all types of computer services. I would highly recommend Ryan for not only your home computer service needs but also your enterprise or business needs as well. With over three decades of experience he is undoubtedly capable to fulfill all your computer service requirements in an extremely timely and cost efficient manner.

Took my alienware laptop here about a year ago due to both GPU and CPU fans failing. Laptop was new as of 2 years prior and well taken care of. I talked with the erratic owner while he looked it up and down took the back cover off, he told me it was almost unfixable the fans aren't worth changing. You have to take the entire computer apart, would be like 5-600$ Said it would cost too much for what its worth.. doubting that considering its a 2500$ laptop, so i took to one other shop in mt Lebanon he gave me a similar sort of run around answer, as I started to believe them my friend told my thats incorrect 100% and they are just not doing it for some reason or trying to rob you. So, I went home founds fans for 50$ shipped very easily from reputable parts company. Now no exaggeration i hate electronics I've never taken apart a computer. More than the battery out of a phone. Yet I was able to in under an hour and a half take the computer apart and replace the fans with slight advise over the phone. Which a year later currently function perfectly. Very disappointing . Definitely can not recommend. Shady business.
