Highly disappointed with this service. Was told that they can't get a new damper for or fix the current damper on my fireplace, which is not true. I was also told by this service that they only install gas and wood burning inserts that cost between $2,000-$8,000 and if I want to make my fireplace alone burn wood again that I would have to hire a mason to rebuild the whole chimney. I spoke with another fireplace repair company that says they can fix my current damper and get a new damper for my fireplace and if I had known that this service only installs inserts, then I would not have had them do an estimate. Waste of time and money.
