Went in to get my motherboard swapped after the first one fried. I got it back with screws half screwed into the board so it was loose and 2 screws missing, none of the front USB ports were plugged into the new board, my GPU on had one screw holding it in place when there was clearly 2 screw holes needed to secured it. They forgot to put on my back IO shield, the CPU cooler wasn't installed all the way tight So my CPU almost fried. I don't trust them to work on anything else.

Went in on a whim when my computer had started acting funky. They looked at it while I was in the shop and got it working again with a few minor hiccups. Only charged me for the hour evne though it nearly took two after one of the hiccups had us reinstall the OS. Will be back for future needs.
