Computer House Call - South Hills

Andy is an absolute wizard. Due to the level of comfort I had with my old but functional PC, I was reluctant to upgrade. I knew I should and had even spoken with him about the process not long ago. Then the worst happened. My hard drive crashed with a lifetime of photos, documents and other treasures and NO COMPREHENSIVE BACK-UP! Andy took on the disaster. When all basic attempts to recover data failed, he found a service in California that specializes in data recovery -- pricey but what one pays for stupidity. Everything was recovered. With that he installed Windows 11 and completely rebuilt my Dell computer with mirror, solid state hard drives, all while maintaining the software,tools and features that I valued. He did this all with respect for my objective to keep things familiar and not completely turn my computer world inside out! Thank you Andy.

Put in a contact request and was immediately called. I was given detailed information on the pricing and was told I would be called the same day for availability. Less than one hour later I was contacted by Eddie and was told he could be here in 30 minutes. I just needed a cleaning of my laptop from typical toddler proximity (i.e. lots and lots of crumbs and a possible ant infestation (I know gross)). Eddie was here in 30 minutes and was so accommodating! I needed a quick turnaround because I use this laptop for work. He was so friendly and understanding. He was in an out in about an hour, maybe less! I will definitely be using this service in the future when I inevitably will need it and I will be singing their praises to all who will listen.
