Went in to get my radio installed, came back a few hours later headlights was left on passenger turn signals doesn’t work anymore and one headlight was out also they informed me of my back up camera was out these are all issues I did not have prior to taking my vehicle to them also they denied that they caused these issues that happened in their care

Would not recommend zstat subwoofers. The subwoofers can not handle decent amplifiers (power acoustik). The 10inch zstat subwoofer I purchased lasted 3 songs. Decent box selection though.

I purchased zstat 250 amp and 1 12in sub for installation in Chrysler 300. Installed in less than an 1hr But the install messed with my uconnect radio. XM radio disappeared from screen, touch screen wasn't working. Took it back. They were puzzled but they didn't stop until they got it back to functioning properly. They did a uconnect reset.

I am happy with my purchase. I got the JBL 1200 watt amp and 2 12" zstat subs along with all new door speakers. It sounds great! I recommend going to Norton and I'll tell you why. I told the guy what I wanted and he gave me a reasonable option not trying to upsell and overcharge like other places. Now, I never heard of zstat and was skeptical but the guy swore by the subwoofers so I made a choice and am happy with not only the quality of sound but also the price I paid for it. Thank you guys for staying late to make sure my car got done on a day where there was no room for another appointment. Above and beyond!
