Butler Alarm Systems

The owner is extremely rude! He insulted me and spoke to me so rudely it was shocking. One of my cameras is not working correctly, he told me it is common after 2 yrs for the cameras to need replacement bc they are "electronics". And then proceed to remind me that my contract only guarantees for 1 year. And then wanted to charge 175.00 to replace the camera. As I businesses owner I am shocked at how the owner talks right to customers. Do not use this company. Go with someone who appreciates the business. Ok

Bob is not very good at what he does. I did everything he told me to do, he misquoted the job, all kinds of problems from start to finish. Then he add more money to the job without discussing with me. I thought I hired a professional but I guess not, I would not recommend his company for any security system as he sell the bottom of the line junk and wants top dollar. Bottom line very dissatisfied with his service, I should have went with the other company.

I'm an area business owner...I was appalled at the way the owner of this comoany was talking to me. I called to inquire about a surveillance system, based on the positive reviews listed here. My entire staff heard the conversation, as i had jim on speaker. All of them agreed that his tone was combative. I guess he's not accustomed to inquisitive customers? Or, maybe he thought I couldnt afford the $2500 for cameras, a DVR, and a monitor? That's too bad - the money wasn't the issue... and I was a serious inquiry. I went ahead with another service, which was only a few hundred dollars different.
