iFixitAll Repairs

I normally don’t write reviews, but Sam at iFixitAll absolutely deserves it. From the very first phone call, he nailed it, I explained what was happening with my iPhone 15 Pro Max, and he immediately told me what the issue likely was. He said, “Come give me a chance.” I did, and he did not disappoint. When I got there, Sam explained everything clearly and honestly. My battery had literally swollen to nearly double its size, pushing my screen out and causing major damage. He was spot on with everything he had told me over the phone, and he replaced my battery perfectly. On top of his skill, Sam is just a genuinely awesome gentleman, respectful, professional, and honest. You don’t always find that these days, but Sam made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He even helped me find the easiest and closest way to him as I explained that I have major issues walking. Thank you Sam!
