On the rare occasion that i have an issue with my system, the staff and tech support are friendly, helpful and quick to respond to repair the issue. My husband and I gifted my parents this alarm system after reading through the many 5 star reviews. They were having trouble with working the Blink system since it was primarily run by an app. Even though the price was fairly expensive, it has been well worth it! From the get-go we have been provided with stellar customer service. They have gone above and beyond making sure my parents have had everything they've needed and the knowledge to work it. I can understand all of the terrific reviews now! They truly seem to care about their customers and that's saying something these days! We couldn't be happier!

Came out after I got off of work so they come when it’s convenient for you, not for them. Justin did an assessment, gave me a price and 2 hours later the alarm was installed and my iPhone app was setup. Highly recommend these guys. They are locally owned by very respectable people. They have my home and my business alarm now. Their tech David handles my business alarm and he is also great. These guys have been around a long time and I trust them with the safety of my family and business!
