Very helpful and professional. Hard drive went bad and he came the next day on time and was very easy to understand when explaining problem and fix.

I finally found a computer person that I feel is trustworthy. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and most of all not over priced. Fixed my daughter’s hard drive overnight and the cost was lower than I expected. Just all around awesome.

Mr. Everett kept me in the loop the whole entire process. He explained everything that was wrong with my Laptop and even offered me a newer one at an amazing price. Very affordable! I got a new computer guy :) Also, his wife is very sweet as well anytime she called to give me an update. He'll also come pick it up which is a plus as well. Thank you for great customer service.

They were of no help & failed to complete any repairs or diagnosis in my case. They were to work on my full spec Alienware M15 R4 and soon after they picked it up, the technician individual , he brought it back the same day saying he was unable to work on it. So I suppose this gaming laptop was beyond their usual abilities. I called their main phone number asking someone if she could explain why the technician was unable to work on my laptop but she did not know what the reason was he brought it immediately back or what the diagnosis was.
