They were of no help & failed to complete any repairs or diagnosis in my case. They were to work on my full spec Alienware M15 R4 and soon after they picked it up, the technician individual , he brought it back the same day saying he was unable to work on it. So I suppose this gaming laptop was beyond their usual abilities. I called their main phone number asking someone if she could explain why the technician was unable to work on my laptop but she did not know what the reason was he brought it immediately back or what the diagnosis was. But she did say that he would eventually contact me via phone. I politely & respectfully called four times over a period of weeks inquiring or requesting for him to contact me about my laptop with her saying he would do so each time I called but I actually never received an answer back. Thus, this business in my case was of no use and failed to complete a repair or even offer a diagnosis for a comp gaming laptop repair. I then proceeded to take my Alienware laptop somewhere else and received a complete diagnosis in two days with the price of repair.
