Dylan is a dear friend of mine and a true brother of the spirit aswell. He fixed up my phone screen and indeed he is a wizard. Had a conversation the whole time he fixed my phone and I watched him fix up two computers all within the hour I was there. Was so great to see him and catch up. If you want someone to give you Love and care to you're technology and meet a badass human soul along the way. Dylan is the man you're looking for. Love ya brother 🙏🏾💗
I was really impressed. Dylan is really clear and communicative about the repair process, pricing, timing, and options along the way. He stayed late (till 10PM) to make sure I had a computer for work the next day and really transformed a stressful situation!
I had an awesome experience with Dylan. When my phone suddenly died, he quickly diagnosed my issue and walked me through all the options. When I made the decision to get a new phone, he did a great job working with me to find an option that met all my needs and was right in my price range. The replacement came in on the scheduled day as planned and he worked right through closing hours to ensure I was reset with my services and ready to go. A great service all around.
My husband went here to get our Motorola RAZR's fixed and I would just like to say how helpful Dylan was on assisting us. He not only was willing to help he was quick and professional and I appreciate his help. I tried calling 7 different phone repair shops and none of them were evening will to work on our Motorola RAZR's. Wizard Tech was willing to work on them and has extremely knowledgeable employee in Dylan. Thank you again!
After 5 days of dealing with Apple Support (who told me to just get a new phone), 2trips to AT&T, a trip to Best Buy, and countless hours on the phone with all and insurance.. Dylan from Wizard Tech fixed the locked phone issue in less than 15min!! Thank you!! We will never go anywhere else! Grateful to infinity! Also- he came to us which was extremely convenient!
